Refunds and cancellations

Market purchases are final once the Steam trade offer has been accepted. Before acceptance, the order can still be cancelled in certain cases.

Before you accept the trade

• If you decline the trade in Steam, the order is voided and your balance is refunded automatically.
• If the trade offer expires without being accepted, same thing — refund within a few minutes.
• If the bot fails to send the offer at all, we refund and log the incident.

After you accept

Once the trade is through, the items are yours and the purchase is complete. We cannot retroactively refund a successful trade — CS2 items are not reversible outside the 7-day Steam Trade Protection window, and that window is controlled by Steam, not us.
